Shipping, exchanges and returns
All our garments at The Spencer Club are made to order or limited available, produced in The Netherlands and finished by hand by my dear mother in law.
When you place an order, your shipping costs will be calculated during the check out procedure. We work with MyParcel, so in The Netherlands your package will be delivered by PostNL, for other countries it varies. Once the order is paid you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. It will take 2-3 weeks before we send your order. When it’s immediately available, we send it within 3 working days. Once your order is packed and ready to be shipped you will receive a track&trace code by email to follow your package.
Please note that The Spencer Club is not responsible for any customs, taxes or import fees that can apply to your order if you live outside the EU.
Let us know when we can pack an order as a gift or leave a special note with it. You can do this by filling in the comment section at the check out. When you like to receive an order before a specific date, please contact us at email@example.com
and we will check the possibilities.
When you want to return your order, you can do this within 14 days after you received it. Make sure that the garment is not worn, washed and still has all the cards attached. Please contact us about your return at firstname.lastname@example.org so we will help you out and provide the return address.
The costs for returning are not covered by The Spencer Club. Please make sure you keep a proof of the return shipment and add a track&trace option, it is not our responsibility when the return package gets lost.
Once your return is received by us we issue a refund within 3 workdays.
When you want to exchange your order, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days after you received your order and we will check the possibilities.
